Completed German translation on Weblate

Hi there,

just finished the German translation on Weblate. May I ask for inclusion into one of the next releases, please?

I also noticed there are some strings that only differ by one or a few characters. It might be useful for other translators to have that tidied up a bit.

Not sure what the best way to fix it would be, can you flag them in Transifex somehow?
