We extended the functionality a bit, so it is now both remote management and monitoring setup.
Yes and no. It is an optional extra service paid service, but we do have a free tier as well.
When I registered, it wrote at the bottom left that I’m on a trial period of 30 days by default. I wasn’t given an option to choose what plan I want to opt into.
Yes, that is how it works. When you start using the console, you are given a free 30 day Pro trial with up to 100 machines. When the 30 days have elapsed, you are automatically placed on the Free tier.
If you want a paid tier, you can choose to purchase it while on the trial or after the trial has expired.
