I just installed Duplicati on Fedora because I want to test it out with Backblaze. It appears that the binaries packaged in this RPM (/usr/bin/duplicati*) are not executable – they are only R/W.
This seems like a bug in the RPM?

I am closing this as it is fixed in the canary packages: Duplicati Release Files
It sounds like for now you either risk running a test release, or chmod this away.
