Here are a couple of posts about the “Unexpected difference in fileset” problems, and a 2.0.4.5 procedure which has worked several times (but is failing on a system that perhaps has other problems), however you have to try this before deleting the database, unless you made a copy (or if “Delete” ever learns to offer to copy). Doing the version delete (if it works) has less time risk than Recreate, which sometimes is very slow.
