New with Duplicati and try basic stuff.
I have a question with the best way to backup several folders.
Is it a good idea to make a single job that backup a root folder with all sub folders OR to make several jobs that backup each folders one by one?

Hello and welcome!
There really is no single correct answer. You don’t HAVE to split up your backups but you can if you want. But having separate backup jobs allows you to set a different backup schedule/frequency or different retention options, among other things.
