Backup of new Files and Folders underneath a directory

Let’s say I selected to backup a certain directory like AppData or so and tomorrow there is a new folder underneath created. Will this folder also be in the backup or do I have so modify the backup from time to time to adapt and get the new folders?

New folders beneath will be also part of the backup. No changes in the configuration necessary.
