Is there any chance to use Azure Key Vaut instead of the SAS key in plain text to configure Azure Blob connection?

Currently not possible. How will you authenticate with Azure Key Vault?
There is a PR (On Azure backend, allow use of SAS token by sergethedev17 · Pull Request #4509 · duplicati/duplicati · GitHub) to allow use of SAS signature.
