The last backup should say how many files were deleted or added, and how many Mb or Gb were added or deleted so that we now instantly if big numbers appear that there was an issue

It does actually do that. I assume you are using the GUI/wepage, then go to the “Log” and click on one of the entries called “Result”.

As mentioned, the numbers exist so it’s really a question of how best to present them. One suggestion is to have a “drastic changes” alert as discussed (and planned but not yet implemented) here:

Yes, it does correspond to the ‘Drastic…’ post. To me, that informationt should appear in the headers of the log lines in the GUI, and not only as an email alert
