Hi I have to make a backup of a 2TB data archive, I wanted to know what configuration you recommend to make a complete backp and then only the daily file syncs and have a history of 2/3 days.

For a 2TB backup I would recommend changing the deduplication block size from the default of 100KB to something like 2MB.
Nothing special needs to be done here - this is how Duplicati works by design. After the first backup, only changed blocks are uploaded to back end storage.
I would recommend a longer retention. If you set your retention to 2 or 3 days, if you accidentally deleted a file you’d only have 2 or 3 days to notice and restore it. Because Duplicati uses deduplication, you can have longer retention without it taking too much more space on the back end. This is especially true when your data doesn’t change very much.
