0 files (0 bytes) to finish, but backup does not end

Hello, i am using a fresh installation on an Raspberry PI 4, Duplicati - 2.1.0.5_stable_2025-03-04 for the first time. I tried an initial backup of about 1,2 TB. The backup was send to an other RPI using sftp (ssh) . The Backup went about 46 hours. Since yesterday evening 6.47 pm i see no changes in the backup destination. Duplicati shows “usb-hdd - 0 Dateien (0 bytes) zu erledigen at 1.60 MB/s” since that time.
Both RPI are alive and login with ssh is possible.
Duplicati protocols can not be used, calling it by menu, the menu loose the connection.

Has somebody an idea - thank you

What happened prior to this (if you know)? Did it gradually go down in speed or just dropped at some point?

Do you see any CPU activity for Duplicati?

Not sure what this means. Are you running Duplicati as a service and connecting the TrayIcon?

I saw the information “0 files (0 bytes) to be processed” and thought, fine.
Prior the backup went on. I calculated the speed from time to time. It was higher than shown by duplicati. In top the CPU activity was mostly under the highest ones.

I installed duplicati on an Raspberry Pi A. It contains as well the data. Yes, i think it is a service. I use a browser to watch the progress - http://server:8200
Duplicati should backup the data to another Raspberry Pi B.
After i saw “0 files…” i expected a information like, the backup was finished successfully.
After many hour i stopped this try.

Meanwhile i started another backup. I choose about 400GB. After ca. 20hours i saw “0 files (0bytes)”, after another long time duplicati pointed out backup finished successfully ;-))

At the moment i try again the 1,2TB from first try.
