What does this error message mean?

Is this backup job named software? Are you backing up to Mega.nz? If so, might user be blocked?
Such a problem would seem to make a simple test like Destination Test connection fail. Does it?

If you’re not on Mega.nz, what are you on? This message is not in Duplicati itself, so a bit hard to trace.

You’re right, it was a Mega related issue. For security reasons I had to change my account password and then the problem was gone.
