WebGUI-Installation of Canary not working. In that bottom notification I click on “Install”. It does download it and then I can again choose to download/install/abort. Endless loop. It does not install.

Manual installation worked, but was not able to kill the duplicatitrayicon process by itself, I had to help via taskmanager.

I am aware of the problem, there is a broken description file for the 2.0.2.16 update so it cannot update automatically. Will be fixed with 2.0.2.17 which I hope to get out today.

I had the same symptoms when updating to 2.0.2.16. Updating to 2.0.2.17 works fine. Marked your post as solution. Thanks for the fix!
