Hi to all,
On the Customer site Duplicati V2 is install and running perfectly. On my computer I am trying to restore a file from the backup that was created on my computer. When I recreate/repair the Duplicati database on my computer I am receiving the warning about module not loaded.
where and which option should I activate on my computer should I activate?
the restore works correctly on the Customer site

thanks

Gaëtan

Welcome to the forum @Super_B

What OS, and are you using [web UI](https://duplicati.readthedocs.io/en/latest/03-using-the-graphical-user-interface/) (it should supply everything) or [CLI](https://duplicati.readthedocs.io/en/latest/04-using-duplicati-from-the-command-line/) (more room for omissions)?

For CLI, one way to get needed options (plus some extra) is [Export As Command-line](https://duplicati.readthedocs.io/en/latest/03-using-the-graphical-user-interface/#exporting-a-backup-job-configuration), then edit that.

Do you have a database or are you trying to get one? If you have one, are any other operations silent?

EDIT: Is this an encrypted backup?
