Unable to register new account with duplicati-monitoring.com

I tried several times to register a new account and keep getting “500 server error” page when I submit my info, any ideas why?

Hi,

thanks for letting us know. The issue was on our side due to an update we installed recently. Should be fixed now. Please let me know if everything works again.
