I am unable to move the existing database

how about entering the new path, saving it, and then recreate the database ?
not allowing Delete means you don’t have an existing database. Same thing disables Move.
Local database path is the assigned path, and exists before first backup and after Delete.
Deletion can be repaired by @gpatel-fr method (Save and repair). If no backup yet, do Save.
