# Setting up intial connection key

I’m at the point I’m supposed to set up a connection key, but there is no way for me to copy the line from the video in order to paste it into the advanced options. What am I supposed to do? I created a support ticket but I don’t know if that’s going to help. I just want to get this set up so I can get my machine backed up.
