This sounds like GitHub issue [send-http-level with multiple enum values invalid #4220](https://github.com/duplicati/duplicati/issues/4220) which points back to [Send-http-level bug](https://forum.duplicati.com/t/send-http-level-bug/4789/6) in the forum.
