[2.0.4.18 canary](https://forum.duplicati.com/t/release-2-0-4-18-canary-2019-05-12/7040) makes it better due to fix for [Empty source file can make Recreate download all dblock files fruitlessly with huge delay #3747](https://github.com/duplicati/duplicati/issues/3747) linked [earlier](https://forum.duplicati.com/t/restores-on-non-standard-parameters/7235/2), and canary seems hoped to lead to next beta [soon](https://forum.duplicati.com/t/hello-everyone-thanks-for-the-project-why-hasnt-the-program-been-updated-for-a-long-time/7178/7)

The option exists but it’s do-it-yourself for now. 😉
