…from what I understand, proxy_pass is the “proxied url” - so all requests matching the location in the first line will get sent to that proxied url.
all defined headers etc. will be added, so it won’t be completely ‘as-is’.
Unfortunately I have no idea if that manual change would survive updates.
At least I’ve seen it survive a restart und stopping/starting Duplicati in the package manager.
I would guess it will be lost on a Duplicati update and probably(maybe?) survive a DSM update.
Btw. there is another copy of dsm.duplicati.conf under /volume1/@appstore/Duplicati - but changing it had no immediate effect (was my first try).
