It should show in the Application Log for windows, but otherwise, you can set the password.

That is at least a new way for me to try to create a reproducible setup.
It looks like a security setting on your system is preventing the TrayIcon from listening on the socket. There is an SO thread that explains why and how to enable an application to listen on the socket.
