What storage class are you using? Glacier?
This article leads me to believe that Duplicati 1.x (what you appear to be running) does not support Glacier, as it directs people to use Duplicati 2.x.
Glacier support on Duplicati 2.x is a bit tricky, but I believe some users have had success with it. Try searching “glacier” on this forum.
