# Only one user account backing up

I suspect that you will need to run Duplicati as a Windows service. Otherwise it only runs when the user is logged in. I found useful instructions here: [Migrating from User to Service install on Windows](https://forum.duplicati.com/t/migrating-from-user-to-service-install-on-windows/660)
