# OneDrive (personal) back-ups suddenly started failing with "Channel is retired" and "A task has been cancelled"

If this is the live log (as it appears to be from the reverse-chronological view and the lack of detail), please try [–log-file](https://duplicati.readthedocs.io/en/latest/06-advanced-options/#log-file) to see if you can get something better than these one-liners. For [–log-file-log-level](https://duplicati.readthedocs.io/en/latest/06-advanced-options/#log-file-log-level) you can stick with Verbose, if you like. Profiling is as high as you can go.
