I was unable to perform a backup so I deleted the local database and tried to rebuild it but I got the error “No files were found at the remote location” so I checked the backup on iDrive Cloud and files are there and I tested the connection in the config and it was able to connect. How do I break out of this loop and get backups working as expected? This all started happening when my backups were interrupted during a power outage. Using Duplicati 18.104.22.168_beta_2020-01-18
Just upgraded to Duplicati - 22.214.171.124_beta_2021-06-17 and still not fixed. Help please!
The problem was iDrive Cloud changed the way duplicati is supposed to connect to it. Before it was via OpenStack now it’s via S3 Compatible. I had to update the config with the new settings and boom fixed.
