on the new Webinterface its the Import Function not working to Duplicate a Job to Change the Duplicate to the New Locations/Settings but to Persist the correct Settings that are not must to Changed.
Here are a similar Example: Import command creates duplicate job instead of updating existing job with same name

Duplicati doesn’t know what you wish to change and what you wish to retain.
The special case of changing location but leaving all else isn’t its own option.
You can either import with
turned off, then use the job edit screen to pick the new name and location, or
and fix it later. Meanwhile, you get a temporary name, e.g. with (1) appended,
which is a little different than the cited similar example with its duplicated name.
