can I configure Duplicati to just move files to cloud and don’t use volumes ? I just want to share some photos using public folder in wasabi. I would like to mirror local folder to cloud using duplicati but the output should still be readable files.
Is this possible ?

This is not possible with Duplicati. Duplicati is a backup program and at its core it will break up files into chunks for deduplication and repackage them into volumes. There is no way to have Duplicati keep files in native format.
For synchronization or mirroring of data I really like rclone. It is very flexible and supports many types of cloud storage providers.
