How to Fix this Error When Creating a Database Fix Already Created Backup Copy

We need a little more detail:

• What version of Duplicati are you running?
• What OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS)?
• What destination are you using (local, FTP, Google Drive, …)?
• Can you copy / paste more of the actual error message?

Here’s a description of the “Invalid header marker” error likely meant to somebody using Dropbox:

This means that the data returned from Dropbox was not the file (it should start with the AES header marker, and it does not. I do not recall seeing this error with Dropbox before, but there could be a number of reasons, such as temporary glitch on Dropbox, error in the downloader, etc.

You should be able to click on the error in the Duplicati logs to get details about it including the name of the file with the problem. If you can, then check the destination directly to make sure the file isn’t 0 bytes in size.
