I have the issue time to time.
It happens when I backup to a NAS without encryption. The embedded antivirus quarantines few files and the fileset is broken.
What you should do :
- Recreate the database, it will erase local db and get the one in your backup storage
- Run a
duplicati list-broken-fileon your fileset. If the result shows error, run aduplicati purge-broken-file
