Try adding option http-operation-timeout. The default of 100 seconds (1:40) is apparently low for your upload speed. I didn’t study the logs closely, but the varying sizes used will let you guess at what you need for your likely-largest files which (unless you changed the default Remote Volume Size, a.k.a. dblock-size) are 50MB.
