had a similar symptom. Have you been able to backup currently without any error?
What storage service is this going to? Above posts suggest server returned errors.
On the web UI “Destination” screen 2, does the “Test connection” button work fine?
If not, maybe you can check for some sort of authentication or other server issues.
server logs can be viewed, in a tab, at About --> Show logs --> Live --> Information.
–log-file and –log-file-log-level can also be set up if you want to do logging into a file.
