Duplicati doesn't backup files, only folders

Hi Everybody,

I’ve just installed Duplicati on MacBook.

When I configure the backup, I select many folders.
My problem : Duplicati just backup folders without files they are inside…

Have you an idea about this problem ?

This sounds like either a filters or permissions issue to me.

Here are a few questions to help narrow things down. They aren’t all needed, but the more you can answer the better we can likely help.

  1. Are you using any filters?
  2. How are you running Duplicati (user or service)
  3. Are ALL folders backed up empty or only certain ones?
  4. How are you seeing that only folders are being backed up?
