Is it possible to expore the Windows Duplicati Database and import it to Linux? If so, how can I do this? I tried to copy the whole directory of Duplicati’s Database in Windows and transfer it to CentOS 7 but it didn’t work.

Windows and Linux have some interoperability issues with files paths and stuff.
I would definitely recommend exporting each backup job for reference and implementing new backups on a fresh installation.
