Does Duplicati.CommandLine.RecoveryTool.exe download... support gpg decryption ? Or should I rely on a gpg batch script to decrypt files when fetched down ?

I found a way. BTW, this question was for Windows and a key with no passphrase:
dir /b *.gpg | gpg --multifile -d
