Can you give both sizes? If someone is going to look into this, might as well not be guessing.
Source file size is irrelevant. Files are always broken into deduplication blocks at blocksize.
This is true but applies to downloaded dblock file. Seeing download isn’t proof of processing. Typically what one sees is the earlier downloads getting deleted, but later aren’t yet emptied.
