Can't save new backup with gpg encryption type

Hello!
I can’t save new backup with gpg encryption type.(GNU privacy guard, external).
But if I create a new backup without encryption (or aes), and then export it to json, change in json type to gpg, and import it back - everything works.
But in such a situation, I cannot change the settings later - saving also does not work.
What’s wrong?

It took several days to understand that the reason is old browser version.
