Can´t connect to any service

Hi!

I´m a new user in Duplicati. I´m trying to create a backup for my laptop but i can´t connect to destination, i´ve tried with One Drive (Personal), Google Drive, Box.com, and the AuthID always rejected me as invalid.

Is there any solution?

Hi @juan23, welcome to the forum!

Let’s start with some basics. What version of Duplicati are you using and on what OS?

Where are you in the process when you get the invalid user rejection (authid step, test connection, actual backup)?

I assume you’ve confirmed you can log onto the destination service directly with the user & password you’re using with the AuthID step, right?
