Binary files in backup incremental

I work with binary files (mb, ztl, spp, psd, png, jpeg, etc), changes made to these files are not a problem if I use an incremental backup copy?.

No, it’s not a problem. The changed blocks within the file (which may be every block in the case of compressed data) will just get backed up again.
