Backing up a web server

I am installing Duplicati on a Linux server (no desktop). What I am concerned about is interference with my existing web server with Duplicati’s built-in server.

I see parameters to use for existing web servers, but it looks like a lot of trouble – and I wonder if it is necessary. Please advise.

Hello and welcome. The Duplicati web server by default will run on port 8200, so should not interfere with a standard web server operating on ports 80 and 443. If by some small chance you do have something else running on 8200, Duplicati will automatically try 8300 next (and so on).
