I set up a first backup, called Test01, and ran it a few times.

Now I’ve set up a second backup, called Test02. When I try to run it it complains as follows:

“Found 10 remote files that are not recorded in local storage, please run repair”

Those 10 remote files are the files created by Test01. What is going on? Should I run repair? If I do, what will happen?

My guess is that you pointed the destination for both backup jobs to the same location. Duplicati doesn’t allow that. If Duplicati detects files that don’t belong to the current backup job, it throws this error and aborts the backup.
Use separate folders for both backup jobs to avoid this error.
